REST DAY
I have to say a big congratulations to CFLS’s Mike for popping the question and getting engaged to his beautiful girlfriend Trudi. Mike is one of my oldest and best friends and I couldn’t be happier for them. If the gym is open by the time they get married this fall…we will be closed that day 
I failed to mention earlier that I did the Saturday workout on Sunday.
This was a fun workout. I did this one in D-Bag Gym (scheduled to open March 2010 pending the delivery of the orange julius machine, and the instalation of the French Fry Lamps aka poor man’s tanning beds). I decided that the problem with the city is that you should have opened Crossfit Bank, they never seem to have trouble getting a bank opened in this town.
Don’t hate…im getting back to my roots. Watch this video and then make fun of my mainly chest hair I might cut it sometime….when I die
