Fire station 4 is limited on workout gear, so I have to mix
the WODs up.
The largest dumbells in the station are 50lbs, so that is what
I used for this WOD.

I took this one on with one of my new shift mates, “Crume” tonight before hitting the streets. In fairness to him I let him finish his 2 mile warm up on the treadmill before hitting it. eight minutes and thirty seconds later two brothers in the hurt locker looking for food and water….Rumor has it bunkdaddy is starting a 2100 group. All are welcome at this table.
