Strength: 5X3 Deadlift (Set a new 3-rep PR)
WOD: AMRAP 3:30
5 Wall Balls
5 Burpees
5 Push Press
Scale weight on wall ball and push press to current fitness level…but burn it down it’s only 3.5 minutes…fire the afterburners for 210 seconds











Yorkie and I hit four rounds and then a couple of wall balls. We used 75lbs for the push press.
J, I think I pounded the “gluttony” out of me with a wall ball, at least 25 times!
