Back squat starts at 400, Ties a PR, but is a PR since hurting my back on January 1. The WOD was a fun one. I substituted a 52# goblet thruster for the wall balls because here at the PD… we have no balls! Used the same bell for the swings and went 7 rounds.
Wow, the Box is awesome! The crew running the box have done a tremendous job!
The coaching and the WOD was also great. Thanks for the great tips with my squats. I am excited to take my fitness to levels I can’t even imagine.
