Getting into the handstand wasn’t too bad but coming down was a train wrech of biblical proportions. I looked like Wyle E. Coyote piling up from a nasty canyon fall.
If it is a competition you are after, i am not above passing out to win…
I felt pretty good doing the wall stands, however this evening I feel like someone punched me in my back. Good workouts. By the way I am shooting for your record time Chandra. This will not be the last time we dual at the handstands, though I am not classically like yourself I am dumb and will hold myself upside down until I pass out.
It is amazing how you can push press 160 lbs, but holding yourself on your hands upside down for 40 seconds kicks your butt. Crazy…
