Completed almost 6 rounds, and ended up with slightly less that 10 seconds in the l-sit (tried to out do Patterson). I am looking forward to seeing the Crossfitls Bronco group I understand some are going to the Free Saturday Class and Starting on Monday. I plan to join them when I can. Hey J its getting warmer out that means Backward Running and Board shorts!!
