WOD: Every minute for 10 minutes do

2 Deadlifts @ 60% 1RM

2 Burpees

2 Wall Balls

2 Pull-ups

    Everyone in the box is an inspiration. I continue to learn more about all the movements and have seen great results.

    PR on push press at 265. I am stoked to get even better with this technique.

    I loved the WOD. It was great for a big guy. I used 255 for the deadlift, keeping the weight moderately heavy to make sure I continued to work on form/technique.

    I went to a basic class again with the North Teachers. It was good to work on some of my basics and help get rid of some bad habits.

    Not a bad start to the week…
    my 0200 workout started with a PR 190 on push press

    I used 230 on my deadlift for the WOD…
    I did not think this one got me good until about an hour and half later
    enjoy everyone!
