Class times Monday through Friday: 6:00AM, 7:00AM, 12:00, 5:30PM, 6:30PM.
Saturday 9:00AM and 1:00PM
Olympic Lifting Saturday @ 11:15
All classes are led, taught and coached by a trained coach. The class will include a warm-up, skill development, a Workout of the Day (WOD), and cool down or recovery. Coaches will monitor and assist clients with all physical and health related goals.
There is a required 5 session foundations class before you can join in the WOD. These sessions will teach you the movements and prepare you to participate in WOD.
