**Required On Ramp Program**
We have put together a series of 6 classes that need to be completed before joining in a group class. These classes will take you through the foundational movements of Crossfit and introduce you to the equipment. You will learn what equipment is available, how to use it and where it is stored. We will review your fitness goals and nutrition.
The On-Ramp classes are offered at the first of each month. The schedule is Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7:30 PM for two weeks.
It is required that you attend all classes. We can schedule make-up sessions for $40.00 per session.

What are the prices?
1 Month unlimited training = $100
1 Month Family=$130 (2 adults/2 kids 14+)
Military/LEO/Fire discount prices are:
1 Month Unlimited=$75
1 Month Family=$110
While monthly memberships cost more money than local big box gyms the service and coaching you will receive is amazing. Every workout is programmed for you and every workout is coached and trained. Our coaches will teach you new skills and help you achieve the goals you set for your health and fitness.
