We feel these people and these products represent the best tools for your CrossFit journey.  Also CrossFit Lee’s Summit makes a few bucks when stuff is sold off these links (which we reinvest in their equipment)

Rouge makes most of their equipment in the United States. It is built by CrossFitters for CrossFitters.  I attended my Level 1 cert at their gym and am excited to go back some time.  Hands down the best place for bars and bumpers and most any other equipment you might need.  Bill the owner has built a great team they have the best prices on the net and crazy fast shipping.

If you are tight on cash I still recommend this little evil piece of goodness.  I’m confident everyone could make dramatic improvements with this piece of equipment and your body and nothing else.  It’s great for tabata intervals and all sorts of other painful interval work.  I highly recommend my good buddy Drew’s 20 rounds of 15 seconds sprint 15 seconds walk…ouch.  This video does a better job explaining how to program the pain train than the written directions.  This tool is all you need to take on vacation to keep the pain train workouts going.

Mean equipment for mean people.  I love my war hammer it is one of the most fun and painful tools I have. We have enjoyed minute drills and tabata intervals with the hammer.  I will be adding another hammer and some clubbells and macebells and push up spikes in the near future.  They also make everything in the United States and their quality is top notch.
